For us, we prefer to block a person through social media because when we being blocked by someone, we will feel incredibly painful. Losing connection from someone will give you a lot of emotion and question.You might be do something strange like being alone, depression or more dangerously you might commit suicide.

•  Avoid bad influence from person that you block  

• Safeguard your personal pictures, video and so on.
• Avoid any mistreated towards your photo like using your photo to do bad things.
• Avoid harassed, stalked and all scary things from person that you block.
• Release stress

But by blocking a person also had their negative things like:

• Felt sympathy to a person that you block
• You won't be able to asking something if you blocking that person
• your relationship with person you block will be over

Breast cancer touches nearly every one of us in some way or another. Most of us know someone,whether it’s an aunt, mother, cousin, sister or friend who has battled breast cancer.

About 1 in 20 women in the Malaysia develop breast cancer in their lifetime. However, the rate differs between the three main races, the Malays, Chinese and Indians. The commonest age at presentation is between 40-49 years.  

As you know breast cancer is the second ranks after skin cancer. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor ( a collection of cancer cells) arising from the cells of the breast. Although, breast cancer predominantly occurs in woman, it can also affect men.

There are many agency who help breast cancer fighter with emotional, social and material. They also educate people with promote public education on general health and breast health issues including detection breast cancer.

Symptom of breast cancer:

• swelling of all or part of a breast ( even if no distinct lump is felt)
• skin irritation or dumpling ( sometimes looking like an orange peel)
• breast or nipple pain
• nipple retraction ( turning inward)
• redness, scaliness or thickening of the nipple or breast skin.
• nipple discharge ( other than breast milk)

Treatment for breast cancer :

1.  local therapy

• lumpectomy (usually remove the least amount of breast tissues)  +  radiation

• mastectomy ( remove of breast and associated lymph nodes)

      2. systemic therapy

• chemotherapy

• hormonal therapy

• targeted therapy

How to prevent and reduce risk:

• avoid obesity

• check your breast every month

• don’t smoke

• avoid exposure to radiation and environmental

Which one do you prefer? Instagram or twitter?

Both application has their good and bad side. But it’s depends on us to use it for bad or good things.

Good side Twitter 

➜ Twitter is the cocktail party of the internet: when stuff is happening the world, twitter is where you go. When there is an unfortunate world crisis and breaking news, we don’t run to Instagram for the pictures, we run to Twitter for the breaking tweets and live news updates.

 ➜ Twitter can express our feeling by post something and sharing some video or picture. But you must remember that not all thing and feeling you can share or express about your feeling on public because netizen will bash you with harsh word.

 Bad side Twitter:

➜Twitter has a problem, it’s extremely noisy

➜Twitter makes it easy to bash others, which generally has the opposite of its intended effect, harsh words about others may make them look bad, but make you look worse.

➜ Twitter just not like others apps or web. For example, Facebook. Twitter does not have a friendly user. For us twitter a bit difficult to handle because its have many people like to post many things so that we can’t read the previous post. Twitter also cannot post music files.

Good side:

➜Based analysis, Instagram is clearly going in the right direction. And attention is what you want when you’re selling a product or you brand, right? Besides sales, you need that attention to win in business.

Bad side:

➜When you’re spending time on Instagram, you’re not paying attention to anything else. 100% engaged and looking at your Instagram screen, each photo of users you follow on Instagram passes one by one. IG is all about attention.

For us we like to choose twitter because we can get more information without watching news or buy newspaper. we can get more than enough at twitter. 

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

School holidays are periods during which schools are closed from study. They are normally not counted as instructional days. School holidays are also termed as vacations, breaks or recess.

TANJUNG BALAU

During the last school holiday my parents decided to bring us for picnic at the seaside. We hit the road an 8 A.M. Before leaving, we prepared all things that was needed for picnic. After a half an hour drive, we arrived at Tanjung Balau beach. We could feel the smell of salt water as we stepped onto the beach. There were many people when we arrive there. Soon, we decided to spread our mat under a shady tree. Soon my brother and I cannot wait to play sea water. We jumped into crystal clear seawater. Our warm body chilled when the cold sea water touches our body. The sea water was savory, we enjoyed ourselves splashing each other.

After we were exhausted, we returned to the seashore. We enjoyed the beautiful panoramic scenery at the blue water. The sight of the white foam on the shore was eye pleasing. I took out a canned of carbonated drink to quench my thirst. After that, my mother took out our own sandwiches from the sardine cans and sliced the bread. We decide to leave the exciting place before sunset. We packed our stuff and put on the car and we leaving that place. I hope I could visit this memorable place in future. For me this is the best holidays experience ever and I bet that I never forget about it.

TRAMPOLINE PARK

Last school holidays, I went to some street trampoline park with my friend. The address is at Seksyen B, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I went there with my car. 

  We arrived there at 11.00 AM, me and my friend managed to get a place to play and to jump freely.

  By the way let me explain a bit about jump street trampoline park are amazing urban playgrounds for adults and children alike, with hundreds of interconnected trampolines from the floor right up the walls and multiple jumping attractions. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never jumped on a trampoline before by the way come with your friends and your family and enjoy the thrill parks.

  For me this place was great place to burn off calories with friend. The place is big and there are variety of different set ups and its suitable for different ages.

I strongly suggest to visit this place for you who don’t know what to do during school holiday. So, you should camp here and try this games, its super awesome!!! 

VILLAGE

In last school holiday, I went to my grandmother house with my family. My grandmother house in Morib, Selangor. We do many great thing happen when we there.

  After we arrived there, I then took our item to my grandmother house. Our grandmother has wait us to arrive. My grandmother looked so excited when we came. Then, I went to near chair to take a nap. My father came to me and wanted me to go help him. I wanted to refuse but I can`t because that naturally my respond to say yes. It’s hard to me to say no. We went to garden to take some fruit. Next day, we all went to seafood restaurant to taste seafood. This town near to beach and can eat great seafood here. This restaurant was the best food in this town. The taste was so great that cannot be say a word to complain about the food. After taste that great food, we went back to my grandmother house.

                               

  We went to picnic near to hot spring at my village. My village was spot for tourist to come because of hot spring. Near the hot spring also has a river. That also why that place was special. That place make me feel relaxed. It just like nothing will not going happen. After three day we there, we pack our thing and ready to go back to our house. I think this was most precious memory in my live.

TOP 10 EXCUSE GIVEN BY STUDENT TO SKIP CLASSES

Skipping class in school or college is just sound familiar when a student decides not go to school and college or not to attend certain class. There are almost all student will skipped class at least once in their life. There are 10 excuse given by student to skip classes:

•  Tell parent that you are being bullied at college

😝 Your parent will feel uncomfortable and give a permission no to attend classes.

•  Tell parent that class is cancel

😝 This excuse always will be the top excuse to make parent trust and believe.

•  Tell lecture that you are stuck in jammed for a long time.

😝 This excuse also student use to make lecture believe on your excuse.

•   Make a fake holiday

😝 Tell your parent that you had a semester break, your parent will trust your excuse.

•  Feeling sick

 😝‘’sir/madam, I’m not feeling well’’ is simple excuse but works very well than you        expect. You just make it look authentic by spelling out some symptoms of what you are feeling and you should be stay at home all day.

•  Wake up late

😝For student to wake up late is the best reason. This excuse always used by student to skip the class because this easy very simple. You just need to pretend waking up and telling the lecture that you woke up late because your alarm clock didn’t work. 

• Fake accident

😝 If you are a good actor then faking an accident should be child’s play for you. Tie a bandage on leg, arm or whatever you want. Explain your reason for skip class or tell why you absent to the lecture.

• Make an excuses

😝 Tell your parent that you don’t finish to do homework. If you don’t finish it your teacher/lecture will punish you and your parent don’t want you in trouble. 

•  Your flight got delayed 

😝 You are coming back from vacation or back from your hometown that far from Kuala Lumpur such as Sabah, Sarawak, Terengganu and many more. There was a horrible storm( if you think that your lecture will check the weather, change it to plane problems or something of the sort), so your plane delayed until tomorrow. They can’t force you to come to class when you aren’t even in the same state, so they will excuse absence and you’re off the hook. Just stay inside for the whole day so that they don’t run into you at your favorite place. 

•  Family problem

😝 Tell your lecture that you have family problem. Your lecture will understand and they will accept. Because they think it must really important. It will make you feel a bit horrible but this excuse will work. 

JOY AND THE HERON

From this story show the little cute puppy who felt so excited to go to lake for joining his owner to go fishing use a wooden boat. He very excited! Based on this story this situation looks like at dawn. And by the way this little cute puppy has a name and his name is Joy. While Joy ride the boat he enjoy the view around him and he also enjoy watching the fish swimming in the water. He also playing with dragonfly. He enjoy the view very much.

Suddenly, came a heron perching on the boat and trying to steal a worm inside the can. For the first Joy smile at the Heron and after that they staring each other but the Heron keep close with the can and steal the worm. Joy really shocked and try to chased the heron. But the heron still can save herself from get caught by Joy. The owner didn’t realize that and tell to the Joy to keep quite. Joy feel so down. After that the heron came again and stare at Joy and try to steal worm inside the can again. Joy realize that and he very angry. He get ready to attack the heron. And again the heron can save herself . and the owner scolded Joy because he make a noise. Joy felt so sad.

For awhile, the heron came again to get the worm but Joy can caught. They getting fight for worm and the owner realize and chased the heron with the paddler. The heron fly away and then the heron going back to her nest without any worm. Actually, the heron want to steal worm from the can because she want to give it to her kids. The heron catch the fish but her kids refuse to eat the fish. And the scene watched by Joy. Joy decided to give all the worm to the heron to give the worm to her kids. The heron take it and give it to her kids. Her kids very happy and eat the worm so well. With the Joy kindness the heron pay it with a dozen fish to make fair and square.

From this story there are a lot of moral value. The first moral value that we can learn from this story is love of a mother to her kids. We can see that not the only humans who love their kids/children, animal also love their kids. For example, the heron was trying to get the worm from Joy and fisherman to give it to her kids. Next, the moral value we can learn is we have to put ourselves on someone situation. So, we can know their problem. In this story, we can see Joy blocking the heron from stole worm until Joy saw the heron want to give the worm to her kids. After that, share is caring also the moral value from this story. Lastly, the moral value that we can learn from this story is show some kindness for other and I trust that word say what we give , we get back. For example from this story is the heron give Joy a lot of fish to pay his kindness because Joy give the heron a can of worm.

Do It Yourself (DIY)

Yesterday, I got nothing to do so I decide to do DIY thing. Do you know what's great DIY project ? Everything!  When you make items yourself , you can choose project that suit your tastes , create them in your choice of colours  and textures , and then use them to you hearts content. One of these is plastic spoon lamp.

When plastic bottle and plastic spoon assembled together the shape of the spoon will create very beautiful piece of outwork and we are sure that everyone will fall in love this lamp. ☺

Its a simple craft project that requires patience and little time , but the end result is well worth you efforts.

Step 1 : Cut the bottom of the bottle of your mineral water

Step 2 : Cut your spoon, we just need the head of spoon. Leave a little spoon for a glue on the surface of the mineral water bottle.
